Thanks to a donor-funded grant secured through Community Foundation Ireland, Sister Sheds CLG is collaborating with the fantastic team at Mantra Strategy to deliver our Strategic Business Development Project.

Together, we are developing a strategic roadmap that will support the charity’s future growth, sustainability and long-term impact. This collaborative process is reinforcing the importance of stakeholder engagement, shared vision and taking the time to build a strategy that reflects both ambition and purpose.
